All rooms have delightful views of the surrounding meadows and fells.

The house has been recently restored retaining many original features such as pine beamed ceilings, pine doors and cast iron fire places yet has modern oil fired central heating in each room.

The Self-catering Accommodation & Facilities

Ground Floor

There is a large and comfortable lounge, facing south, with beamed ceiling, fireplace, three piece suite, Sky TV, video recorder and DVD player. The dining room has a beamed ceiling, a large pine dining table and chairs, radio and CD player, wooden floor and the old fireplace that acts as a focal point with log effect stove. The room faces the stream and benefits from the late afternoon and evening sun.

There is a well equipped kitchen with pine work units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The cloakroom with washbasin, toilet and shower leads to the stairs and bedrooms.

Upstairs

The bathroom contains a toilet, wash basin, bath and power shower. The large double bedroom faces south and has an old fireplace, fitted pine furniture, walk-in wardrobe and radio/CD player.

The family room has 3 single beds and is a very large south-facing room, with old fire place, pine furniture, colour TV and radio/CD player. The second double room faces the fells and benefits from the morning sun.

Outside

The house is surrounded by three garden areas for relaxing. There is an open garage, cycle store, large parking area and garden with seats bounded by stone walls.

There is access to the beck and a small garth trimmed by sheep. There are neighbours within 100 metres and a working farm close by. This is a great place to relax and unwind and then wander the lanes and public footpaths across meadows onto the fells.

Weekly Rental

£360 - £560 per week, according to season.

Other Information

• The house is strictly non smoking.
• Well-behaved pets are welcome at a charge of £10 per pet per visit.
• The rent includes all power and heating, linen and towels.
• Optional cleaning is available at a charge of £20.
• A cot, high chair and stairgate can be hired at £5 each.
